As Leader Plus – Finance & Value Creation Success, Kashif is responsible for strengthening our global corporate governance practices, driving our financial standing across markets and assisting in the development & driving of future strategies.

He has widespread experience with leading Pakistani and international banking institutions such as J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong, HBL and UBL, as well as setting up and running large industrial units like Aisha Steel Mills where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

Kashif has also worked in a strategic capacity at large business conglomerates and was Founding Chairman of USD162 million VGF Fund (Asian Development Bank, DFID of UK Govt, and Govt of Sindh) and has served on a number of Boards such as Arif Habib Corporation, Aisha Steel Mills, Naya Nazimabad Sports Foundation, TRG, Siddiquison Energy and Prema.

Kashif’s wealth of expertise, combined with his postgraduate degree from LUMS makes him an integral member of the Khaadi team. He is passionate about playing bridge and has won number of local tournaments.
