As Leader Retail Success, Tahir spearheads and oversees the overall retail function, establishes guidelines and timelines, streamlines roadmaps, gathers and analyses data to identify the strengths and weaknesses of operations, develops solutions against vulnerable areas, and creates strategies to optimize the workflow and performance of the retail workforce.

Since joining Khaadi in 2013, Tahir has held various leadership positions, where he has been responsible for developing retail vision, strategy and plans to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

Tahir has a wealth of sales management experience, previously working with companies such as Levi Strauss & Co and Shell, where he demonstrated a proven track record of successful sales and business development, leading to significant year-over-year sales growth. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sales from PIMSAT.
